We process personal data under GDPR and Greek Law 4624/2019 only as necessary for site delivery, communication and security.

3. Server & Logs

Our application does not store IP addresses in the database. Our hosting provider (Hostinger) may keep short‑term technical logs for operational security. IPs are not permanently stored nor combined by us. For geo checks we rely solely on a locally hosted MaxMind (GeoLite2) database — no IP addresses are sent to external APIs, and raw data is discarded once the compliance check is done. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Contact Form

Submitted data (name, email, message, captcha) used to respond and then deleted or restricted after completion (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f)).

5. Demo Games / Third Parties

We use essential session cookies (e.g. login, captcha) and Google Analytics 4 for reach measurement with no advertising features (no Google Signals, no ad personalisation). Google Analytics 4 does not log IP addresses. Google may set analytics cookies.
